- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Absolute disappointment! The female store owner and apparent operator was rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. The term "Redneck" came to mind. Zero professionalism in regards to workmanship also. Commissioned some embroidery (logo) work, she was unable to successfully replicate as she had promised but still expected us to pay because "she gave it a crack"???? When we expressed that we were not happy with the result, which was actually quite poor to be more specific, she threw a childish tantrum and demanded that we not speak any further in her store while she eventually refunded our payment. Also noticed an abundance of hats and t-shirt on their walls advertising embroidered sports, automotive and fashion brands Im sure they did not have legal right to replicate.......hmmm, Interesting. Apparently in business for 10 years? I guess miracles do happen!!!! I give 1 star for "Giving it a crack"By Venson Kaxrix Recas, July 04, 2019
